Depending on conditions such as weather, water conditions, visibility, access, safety considerations, equipment availability, and active emergency responses, Marine Rescue CDA may not be able to respond to or complete all debris removal operations.
Marine Rescue CDA is not responsible or liable for free-floating, submerged, or naturally occurring debris present in Lake Coeur d’Alene or other waterways. The presence of debris in navigable waters does not constitute responsibility or assumption of liability by Marine Rescue CDA unless a specific service agreement has been executed for a designated operation.
All debris removal services, when accepted, are performed under agreed-upon terms and conditions and subject to operational limitations and safety requirements.
